Ways to work with me: Professionals

"A great course, you are completely generous with your knowledge and tools. I feel even people experienced in this area would gain something from seeing the way you do things and the format you have put into place."

Fiona Gordon (Dietitian) Mission Beach, Australia

"I loved your EAF course. It covered far more than I expected and I would highly recommend it to anyone who works with fussy eaters.

It was an asset having the course content delivered in a small group setting as it allowed space and time to ask ask questions."

Monique Winderbaum (Dietitian), Sydney, Australia

"I found the course invaluable. As a nutritionist I have the knowledge of what children need to eat to grow and thrive but your book, blog and this course have helped me to understand that what really matters is children's long term relationship with food and their bodies.

I feel that this course has equipped me with a lot of theory and practical tools that I can use to help many parents and their children; I really enjoyed the interactive nature of it, the chance to ask questions and having a lot of time to discuss individual cases."

Viola Stolarska-Davies (nutritionist), Brighton & Hove, UK, www.peasandlove.co.uk

"I would recommend this course to a colleague, I think it gives a good framework, the tools that you have provided are simple and effective... I also enjoyed the format, a small group was a nice way to learn."

EAF2 - this intermediate course covers the pracitical aspects of assessing and action planning using the EAF model. It includes rights to use the EAF assessment tools.
