WELCOME!
Jo is a registered therapist and child feeding psychology specialist. She works with families dealing with ARFID and avoidant ('picky') eating, using responsive feeding therapy (RFT).
RFT prioritises nervous system regulation and felt safety - it is appropriate for most situations where feeding / eating is hard. RFT works well for autistic children and - as a neurodivergent person herself - neuroaffirmative practice is at the heart of Jo's work.
Whether you are an adult or teen looking for therapeutic input for ARFID for yourself, or a parent seeking help with feeding your child, contact Jo to explore how you can work together.
"We all sit and enjoy meals together now, mealtime battles have all but disappeared" (Louisa)
